How Schrift and Letzt Stil work

Schrift are the lettered powers the Wandenreich grant a Quincy, and in VV: ULTIMATUM they arrive together with Letzt Stil — the Quincy's released form — at the end of the progression chain. Letzt Stil is unlocked by crafting the Sanrei Glove (300 Soul Tokens plus materials from the Wandenreich NPC) and then defeating the Securis boss. Until exact per-Schrift effects are documented, treat the theme of each letter as your guide: The Heat is fire, The Thunderbolt is lightning, The Dimensional is portal/space, The Blademaster is melee enhancement, and The Necromancer summons.

Best Schrift to aim for

There is no confirmed community meta on the single best Schrift yet, because the effects aren't fully published. Based on how the game's other systems reward mobility and ranged pressure, Quincy players tend to favour Schrift that complement a Quincy Kido or Speed build — see the recommended Quincy build for the full setup. Pair your Schrift with the S-tier Kurosaki clan and the Sword Spirit Weapon for the strongest all-round Quincy. Remember that Vollständig is not in the game yet, so Schrift + Letzt Stil is the current Quincy ceiling.

Letzt Stil and the Sanrei Glove explained

Letzt Stil is the Quincy's released form, and your Schrift arrives with it at the end of the progression chain. The gate is the Sanrei Glove, crafted from 300 Soul Tokens plus materials from the Wandenreich NPC — so start banking Soul Tokens early instead of spending them. After the Glove you finish the remaining missions and meditations, then defeat the Securis boss to unlock Schrift + Letzt Stil. Quincy combat: Blut and the road to Schrift

Schrift sit at the very end of the Quincy path, so it helps to understand the kit they cap. Quincy fight with a ranged Spirit Weapon and the Blut technique, toggling between Blut Arterie (offence) and Blut Vene (defence) to trade between pressure and survivability. The progression that leads to your Schrift and Letzt Stil runs through Lieutenant missions, the Sanrei Glove (300 Soul Tokens), and the Securis boss — so the fastest route to Schrift is grinding 3-star missions and banking Soul Tokens early.
