Step-by-step route
- Grind toward the Arrancar promotion. Around 70 Hollow kills unlocks it; progress your Hollow evolution toward Vasto Lorde.
- Lock your four traits, then rip the mask. Decide the final four Hollow traits you want — they are permanent — then rip the mask to become an Arrancar.
- Meditate with a weapon (press M). This enters your Hollow Inner World and starts banking Resurrec EXP. Whispers during meditation mean it is working.
- Follow the red eyes every session. Each visit, trail the red eyes to expand the Inner World, which has four zones. Players who stall usually stopped tracking the eyes.
